Why Ark
A third space, between home and work.
Most of us have somewhere we live and somewhere we work. Ark is the third — somewhere to sweat, plunge, play a game and sit down with a coffee afterwards, all under one roof in Burswood.
There aren’t many places in Perth where recovery, a full indoor court and a cafe share the same building. That is the point. Train hard and settle into the heat, come only for the plunge, or arrive for a flat white and stay for the garden. However you use it, you are welcome here.

Arrive about ten minutes before your first session. We’ll welcome you, show you the facilities and explain how to move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace.
Bring swimwear and a towel. You’ll find showers, change rooms and a garden to relax in between rounds.

A few things before you visit.
Do I need a pack to visit?
Not at all. You’re welcome to book a single session. If you’d like to come more often, a session pack saves you up to $168.

Arrive about ten minutes early. Our team will show you around and explain your session, including time to rest between sauna and plunge.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear and a towel for recovery sessions. There are showers and change rooms on site.
Can I visit the cafe and garden without a session?
You’re welcome to pop in for a coffee and enjoy the garden without booking a session. The cafe is open daily, 7am–12pm (noon).
